Donna wrote her first computer program in 1981 and loved the challenge and concepts right away. Her 25 years experience includes programming, project management, training and titles such as Programming Manager, Customer Support Manager, Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations before becoming self-employed in 1998. Her technology skills and experience are balanced with management experience. She has dealt with many small businesses over the years but has an extensive amount of experience in the Healthcare IT field where she has spent most of her career as an IT Consultant that specializes in private medical practices.
Donna comes from an entrepreneurial family background that required hard work and commitment growing up on a family run farm in North Georgia. The combination of work ethic learned early in life with training and experience in the real world of day-to-day business needs provides a perspective not often found in technical people or technology companies.

Karla Kreitner, Vice President, Business Manager
Karla’s background includes training, management, consulting and event planning and management. Her career started in Ft Lauderdale, FL working with law firm’s word processing equipment and training staff to use them. She became manager of the East Coast region and moved to other jobs within that company. Eventually, she switched to the software side of the company and worked as the translator between the customers and the technical staff. A skill she, thankfully, remains very adept at. She has over 30 years experience working with medical practice management functions along with a wide variety of other small businesses as a consultant.
Karla also comes from an entrepreneurial family and has the same built-in work ethic and customer service commitment that comes with it. Her experience includes training, customer support, meeting management, product design and quality assurance. She held titles such as Regional Manger, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, Consultant and Senior Planner.

Christa Hartman, Manager of Macon Office and Consultant
Christa managed all aspects of technology in a large Orthopedic practice. She was there as they grew by taking care of all technology as they built their entire campus of medical office, therapy center and surgical center for 13 years. She has also worked at a part-time consultant for Kardon Group, LLC since it’s inception in 1999. Christa continues to work, primarily, with in the private medical practice part of our business.
Christa’s attitude and approach to life reflects the influence of having two parents who are educators. Her passion has also been sports which began at 6 years old when her father, a well known basketball coach, started teaching her ball skills and team concepts. Her experiences bring a firm belief in team play and the loyalty that breeds. The key to our customer service includes understanding that doing our job right means other people can do their job better. Christa’s team play mentality makes it certain she will be there to back you up when you need it.

Tracy Redd, Sales and Marketing
Tracy has 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Most recently she was a top performer in business to business sales, working in the business operations industry. It was there that she learned to assess operations, listen to the concerns and goals of the clients and develop solutions to fit their individualized needs.
Tracy has also worked for many years in the home health industry, cultivating relationship with physicians’ offices, hospitals and pharmacies. It was her time working in this field that influenced her love for health care and finding solutions to help each patient improve their quality of life.
At this time, Tracy is combining her work with Kardon Compliance with a pursuit of her BSN degree. She hopes to work as a registered nurse in order to satisfy her desire for direct patient contact with her conviction that patient care also includes protecting patient privacy.
